We connect residents with vetted social service providers — including nonprofit, for-profit, faith-based, and government organizations — and help these providers reach the South Florida community through paid subscription promotions.

3. Services Provided

The Platform provides:

• Directory of social services in Miami and Broward counties
• Emergency resource information and crisis hotline contacts
• Community events calendar
• AI-powered assistance for finding resources
• Paid business promotion and subscription plans for service providers

4. Emergency Services Disclaimer

Unidos Connect FL does not provide direct emergency services. We provide contact information for established crisis hotlines and emergency services operated by third parties.

5. AI Chat Assistant

Nature of Service: Our AI chat assistant is designed to help users find social services and resources. It is powered by artificial intelligence and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice.

Limitations:

• The AI assistant provides general information only
• It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or mental health advice
• Responses are generated by AI and may contain errors
• For emergencies, always contact appropriate emergency services

6. Business Promotion & Subscriptions

Billing: Paid promotion plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Unidos Connect FL to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time from your business dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis as required by applicable law.

Content Standards: Promoted business listings must accurately describe services provided. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our content standards or applicable law without refund.
